減壓閥是通過調(diào)節(jié)，將進(jìn)口壓力減至某一需要的出口壓力，并依靠介質(zhì)本身的能量，使出口壓力自動(dòng)保持穩(wěn)定的閥門。即通過改變節(jié)流面積，使流速及流體的動(dòng)能改變，造成不同的壓力損失，從而達(dá)到減壓的目的。然后依靠控制與調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)，使閥后壓力的波動(dòng)與彈簧力相平衡，使閥后壓力在一定的誤差范圍內(nèi)保持恒定。

閥體采用不銹鋼304/316L材質(zhì)鍛造，閥門各個(gè)部件均由高精度數(shù)控設(shè)備加工，閥體內(nèi)部采用精密拋光處理，保證了閥門的高潔凈要求，外表面有多重處理方法：鏡面，亞光，噴砂等，滿足各種工況需求。適用介質(zhì)：蒸汽，壓縮空氣，水等，其他介質(zhì)需來電咨詢定制。閥門使用參數(shù)：進(jìn)口端大壓力1.0MPA(10公斤）出口端調(diào)壓范圍：0.08~0.8MPA（0.8~8公斤）；高工作溫度：165°，建議進(jìn)出口壓差2公斤以上
