 中開(kāi)多級(jí)雙吸泵為英國(guó)BERT伯特技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上自行開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的新一代兩級(jí)水平中開(kāi)式離心泵.該泵可替代傳統(tǒng)的節(jié)段式多級(jí)泵,用于輸送清水、含有少量固體顆粒的液體以及帶腐蝕性的液體之用.適用于高樓供水、工業(yè)鍋爐、消防、礦山給排水、化工以及多種工業(yè)供水系統(tǒng)等。

1、采用兩級(jí)葉輪背靠形式,軸向力自動(dòng)平衡.取消了許多級(jí)泵必備的平衡盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu),泵的可靠性和無(wú)故障了率大大提高,特別適應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)速變化大,液體粘度大的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合.
2、較短的軸承跨距,增加了軸的剛性,使泵運(yùn)行更平穩(wěn)、安靜,特別適應(yīng)于需要寧?kù)o供水的場(chǎng)合.
3、流量范圍擴(kuò)大到1000m3/h,填補(bǔ)了普通多級(jí)泵的市場(chǎng)空白.

5、采用水平中開(kāi)的泵殼結(jié)構(gòu),泵的吸入口和排除口位于泵殼的下部,檢修時(shí),無(wú)需拆下電機(jī)和管路,操作極為方便,從而縮短檢修時(shí)間,降低使用成本.
